Delivery & Shipping Policy

  • We provide secure islandwide delivery across all 25 districts of Sri Lanka.

  • Delivery Timeframes: Colombo & Suburbs (1–2 business days), Outstation (3–5 business days).

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is our primary payment method for your convenience and safety.

  • Bank transfer payments are also accepted and must be verified before dispatch.

  • All perfumes are packed in premium, damage-proof packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

  • A tracking update or confirmation message will be sent via WhatsApp/SMS once dispatched.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Due to our use of high-standard professional logistic services within Sri Lanka, we do not accept returns for physical damage during transit.

  • Every order is double-checked for quality and authenticity before leaving our store.

  • If an incorrect item was sent by mistake, please contact us via WhatsApp immediately with photo evidence.

  • For hygiene and quality control reasons, 5ml and 10ml perfume decants cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Full bottle returns are only accepted if the original brand seal/cellophane remains completely unbroken.

  • No returns or refunds are provided for 'change of mind' or personal fragrance preference.

  • Our priority is your satisfaction—if any error occurs on our part, we will resolve it via WhatsApp support ASAP.

Order & Authenticity Policy

  • OZ Scent guarantees that 100% of our fragrances are original and sourced from UAE or London boutiques.

  • Orders can be placed via our website form or directly through our official WhatsApp line.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability; a full refund will be issued if pre-paid.

  • Prices are subject to change based on global currency fluctuations and sourcing costs.

  • For bulk or wedding giveaway inquiries, please contact our team via WhatsApp for custom pricing.

Privacy & Data Safety

  • We only collect essential details (Name, Address, Phone) required to facilitate Sri Lankan postal/courier delivery.

  • Your data is confidential and will never be shared with third-party marketing agencies.

  • Communication is strictly limited to order updates, tracking, and fragrance recommendations.

  • You can request to have your order history or data removed from our system at any time.
